At Buy AprilAire Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your home air quality systems are running perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused AprilAire parts in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
